Shipping Policy

All MissionCraft Furniture products are handcrafted to order.

Production times typically range from 4 to 10 weeks depending on the product, wood species, customization options, and current production schedule.

Once completed, furniture is shipped via professional freight carriers or delivery services. Transit times vary based on destination and carrier schedules.

Customers will receive shipping information when available.

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify MissionCraft Furniture within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage and packaging.

Customer pickup from our Portland, Oregon workshop may be available by appointment.
