Because our furniture is handcrafted from natural hardwoods, variations in color, grain, texture, and appearance are normal and should be expected.

We make every effort to display products accurately; however, actual colors and wood characteristics may vary.

Custom Orders

Custom furniture orders may include modifications to dimensions, wood species, finishes, or design details.

Custom orders are built specifically for the customer and are subject to the cancellation, return, and refund policies outlined on our website.

Payment

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

MissionCraft Furniture reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraud.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated lead times and delivery dates are provided as estimates only.

MissionCraft Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that furniture can be safely delivered into the intended space.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is governed by the MissionCraft Furniture Warranty Policy.

Normal wood movement, natural wood characteristics, and variations in color and grain are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

MissionCraft Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.
